Naturism Wales Television (NWTV) is a community enterprise that promotes body positivity, kindness, acceptance, respect and fun. This is presented through the medium of non sexual (social) nudity according to the philosophy and spirit of genuine naturism.
Members of the naturist community are invited to submit their own video footage in accordance to our mission statement to share with the community at large and beyond via the NWTV service.

Conditions
By submitting this video to NWTV & NiW the submitter warrants and represents that they hold all necessary copyrights, licenses, permissions, and consents to the content within the video, including but not limited to music, images, and any other intellectual property. The submitter further warrants that the video does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. The submitter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NWTV, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use of the video, including but not limited to copyright infringement, defamation, invasion of privacy, or any other legal claims. This submission is subject to Twenty Twenty Television's standard terms and conditions, which are available at www.nwtv.uk. If applicable, this submission acknowledges that the use of certain copyrighted material may be justified under the principles of fair use, but the submitter bears full responsibility for ensuring that any such use complies with applicable copyright laws and regulations. NWTV does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information contained within the video, and shall not be liable for any errors or omissions or for any damages arising from its use. By submitting the video, the submitter acknowledges and agrees to all of the foregoing.
Considerations
*Video Submission Terms and Representations*
By submitting a video to NWTV and NiW, the submitter expressly represents and warrants the following:
1. *Copyright Ownership*: The submitter holds all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations to submit the video and to grant NWTV and NiW the right to use, display, reproduce, and distribute its contents.
2. *Non-Infringement*: The submitted video does not infringe upon or violate any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary or intellectual property rights of any third party.
3. *Indemnification*: The submitter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NWTV, NiW, their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the submitted video, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement, defamation, invasion of privacy, or other legal disputes.
4. *Terms and Conditions*: This submission is subject to NWTV’s standard terms and conditions, available at [www.nwtv.uk](http://www.nwtv.uk), which the submitter agrees to by virtue of making the submission.
5. *Fair Use (If Applicable)*: Where the video contains copyrighted material that may qualify as fair use, the submitter acknowledges that such use must comply with all applicable copyright laws and remains solely responsible for ensuring legal justification under the fair use doctrine.
6. *Liability Disclaimer*: NWTV and NiW make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, legality, or suitability of the submitted content. The network assumes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or damages resulting from the use, broadcast, or distribution of the video.
By submitting the video, the submitter affirms understanding and acceptance of all the above terms.

Where applicable, the submitter acknowledges that certain copyrighted materials may fall under the doctrine of fair use; however, the submitter remains solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant copyright laws and regulations.
